Hera x Bar Dubois at Frog!
Backyard? Live jazz band? Great vibes? This is going to be a really fun evening as our pals at Frog host the Bar Dubois and Hera teams. We will be chilling and grilling in the beautiful backyard (weather depending) as Alex Dubois pours some select BTG specials accompanied by a stellar live jazz band most of the evening. So come shoot some pool, drink too much wine, and munch on some snacks later this month!
Vinyl Night and Kitchen Takeover at Lise & Vito
THAT’S RIGHT!! Our pals over at Lise & Vito in Greenpoint invited us back to their kitchen counter for a very fun Friday! Our dear and talented friend, Jason Green of DumtoBK will be on the decks spinning a deep collection of house, disco, hip hop and other rare treats from his crates of vinyl. No reservations needed, but come early as this will be a busy one for the books!
Hera x Honeys
We are so excited to be back with our friends over at Honey’s and Enlightenment Wines in Bushwick for not one but TWO nights this time around. The party starts Thursday as we ramp up to a fun Friday service that will include our good pal Jason Green spinning vinyl that evening. There will be a beautiful Spring pesto rigatoni with chicken thighs and pecorino, fingerling potatoes with calabrian chili aioli, and a fun asparagus salad with ramp caesar and garlic confit breadcrumbs. No reservations needed, come boogie!

We are back with another signature apartment tasting menu dinner! We always love doing these as a way to stay connected to our community in a very intimate setting and use these dinners as a means to try out new dishes and to engage in new conversation with all you lovely folk! Join us for our very first four-hands dinner as we cook alongside Chef Jeffrey Nunez for a collaborative a la carte menu celebrating the bounty of early Spring. For one night only, Chefs Jay and Jeffrey will be taking over the kitchen at The Orchard Townhouse with menu highlights such as bruleed oyster with tamarind butter, chicken liver mousse gougeres, smoked prawns with with green goddess, chicken schnitzel with fine herbs and mustard pesto and more
Happy 2nd Birthday Preshift!
THAT’S RIGHT!! Our pals Julianny Gomez and Dante Clark are ringing in the two year anniversary of their incredibly dope wine pop up, Preshift. Julianny and Dante are two incredibly talented sommeliers who will be pouring some stellar juice to compliment a 4 course family style dinner at a secret Brooklyn location. The 6pm seating is already sold out so try and get in for the final 9pm slot. We are so thrilled to finally collaborate with Preshift to throw a dinner party to remember. This one SOLD OUT very fast but you can get on the waitlist!
Kitchen Takeover and Vinyl Night!
Vibes, wine, snacks… what more could you ask for? We are super stoked to be taking over the kitchen counter of our friends at Lise & Vito wine bar in Greenpoint later this month! Our good pal JGreen of Dumto BK will be spinning a soulful, house-infused disco set of groovy selections from his deep collection all evening to compliment stellar wines and cocktails and some lovely wine bar snacks from our side. There will be smoked olives, roasted Japanese sweet potatoes with adobo and cotija cheese, a curried kale tartine with roasted squash and pickled raisins, egg tart with melted leeks and comte and some other goodies!

We are teaming up with our pals at Swurl Media once again to kick off March with the ultimate dinner party! Come enjoy a communal, family style dinner paired along with selected wines by the Swurl team. We will be playing some sweet tunes and starting the weekend off right. Off-Dry February Riesling Study with Sante!
We are thrilled to be throwing our first wine class with the lovely and knowledgeable Daniel Solway of Sante! If you’ve been to one of our dinners over the years or followed along our travels in France the last two Summers, you’ll recognize Sante as our dear pal and longtime collaborator. Daniel and Chef Jay met years ago working at Oxalis and have been friends ever since combining both of their projects over the years in a variety of fun ways.
On February 26th, Dan is providing an in-depth Riesling study while we provide some light bites and snacks. Tickets available across two seatings include a Riesling flight, a guided tasting and some light food. BYO Riesling is also welcome if you want to share and make some new friends!

We are so excited to take over the counter kitchen space with our friends at Frog wine bar in Bedstuy for one night only! We will be slinging snacks like local sourdough with homemade ricotta an alium jam, baked clams with smoked chili butter, egg tart with comte and baby leeks and more! Hera & Friends Vol. 1 with Solo Diner!
We are so excited to be launching a new series, “Hera & Friends” in February with our pals @solodiner.nyc! We have been stewing on this idea for awhile now to host different chefs and give our friends an outlet to create, establish their voice, and get a head start in the pop up world. When we started, there were so many prohibitive factors weighing against us and we are hoping that we can give back to the restaurant community and host other projects in our space. Kicking things off, Chefs Lem Soriano, Adrian Capellan, and Kevin Cardenas will be bringing their Filipino-American fare to our kitchen. DM @solodiner.nyc on Instagram for tickets. Will be a doozy!

We are back again taking over the kitchen with our friends over at Cellar 36 on 36 Market Street in Manhattan. We will be serving a cozy a la carte menu consisting of fresh pasta with chicken thighs and kabocha squash, ricotta and mushroom toast, baked clams with smoked chili butter and more! No reservations needed. Come hang out for dinner before the holidays!
Pop Up at King Tai Bar
We are taking over the kitchen at King Tai Bar in Crown Heights for one night only! We will be slinging some seasonal bar food along the lines of crispy potatoes with black garlic aioli, chicken thigh sandos with pickles and spicy mayo, crudites with white bean hummus and more! We are making our third return to Philadelphia for two nights on 11/17 & 11/18 with our friends at Lillian’s hosting us and curating a groovy Autumnal vibe. You can expect a 5 course tasting menu with plenty of wine and some other fun surprises. Hope to see you there!

We are returning for one night only to Lynn, MA to throw our second Supper Club dinner hosted by the folks at Lucille Wine Shop. We are so happy to be back after our first Supper Club was a success. Tickets available at Lucille’s website.

We are hitting the road and headed to Montclair, NJ for one night to launch the first night of a monthly dinner series hosted by our friends at Afield at the loveliest flower shop, Studio Nectar.
