Off-Dry February Riesling Study with Sante!

We are thrilled to be throwing our first wine class with the lovely and knowledgeable Daniel Solway of Sante! If you’ve been to one of our dinners over the years or followed along our travels in France the last two Summers, you’ll recognize Sante as our dear pal and longtime collaborator. Daniel and Chef Jay met years ago working at Oxalis and have been friends ever since combining both of their projects over the years in a variety of fun ways.

On February 26th, Dan is providing an in-depth Riesling study while we provide some light bites and snacks. Tickets available across two seatings include a Riesling flight, a guided tasting and some light food. BYO Riesling is also welcome if you want to share and make some new friends!
