We are so excited to be throwing our first four hands dinner of 2024 with our very own Chef Jay and his longtime friend, the talented Chef Jeffrey Nunez. Chefs Jay and Jeffrey worked closely together in the kitchen of Oxalis in 2019 and have been dear friends ever since. Our friends at The Orchard Townhouse in Chelsea are handing us the reigns for one night only while they sling stellar cocktails and wine all evening.
The menu will consist of early Spring bites such as jumbo broiled oysters with tamarind butter and green garlic sabayon, sourdough with homemade onion jam and rhubarb, beef with ancient grains and curry, smoked olives, and more! Reservations available on Resy.
